During the Tokyo Auto Salon 2009 show, Mazda exhibited the Premacy Hydrogen RE Hybrid. This vehicle is capable of using either hydrogen or gasoline. The hybrid system boosts the hydrogen fuel range of the Premacy Hydrogen RE Hybrid to 200 kilometers, twice the range of Mazda’s first hydrogen rotary engine model RX-8 Hydrogen RE. And today Mazda begins the commercial leasing of World’s First Hybrid Rotary Hydrogen Vehicle.
